Before your appointment
Do I need an appointment?
Yes. Booking lets me welcome you properly without a wait. If I am available, I can also welcome walk-ins. During another photo session, however, I cannot assist you.
Can I smile in an ID photo?
For Belgian documents, your expression must be neutral, with your mouth closed and your face clearly visible.
Do you photograph babies?
Yes. I allow extra time to follow babies’ pace, especially under 3 months.
How many photos will I receive?
You leave with a set of 4 printed ID photos.
What should I avoid wearing?
Avoid head coverings and accessories that hide your face. Glasses may need to be removed depending on the document. No hoodies or roll-neck tops.

How can I pay?
You can pay in cash or by mobile QR code. Card payment is not available.
Is there accessible entry?
For wheelchair users and anyone unable to manage the two entrance steps, I can welcome you in a room 10 metres from the studio. Telephone appointment required. Please let me know beforehand so I can prepare for your arrival.
